Introduction

This Privacy Policy applies to the Palette Planner application for mobile devices, together with any related services operated by CIESIELSKI SP Z O O (collectively, the “Application”). CIESIELSKI SP Z O O is referred to in this policy as the “Service Provider”.

Information Collection

The Application does not collect, log, or store personal information when you download and use it. Registration is not required. If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data such as an ephemeral IP address may be transmitted to facilitate network connectivity, but this information is not retained or used for tracking by the Service Provider.

Precise Location Information

Palette Planner does not collect precise real-time location information from your mobile device.

Third-Party Access and Sharing

Because the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, the Service Provider does not share such information with third parties.

App stores, operating-system providers, and network infrastructure may independently process technical information under their own terms. Such processing is controlled by those third parties and is not personal data collected or retained by CIESIELSKI through Palette Planner.

Data Retention

CIESIELSKI does not collect or retain personal data generated through normal use of Palette Planner. Therefore, there is no server-side personal data retention period for Application users.

If you voluntarily contact CIESIELSKI outside normal Application use, for example by email, the information you choose to provide may be handled only for the purpose of responding to your communication and may be deleted when no longer needed, subject to any legal obligations that may require limited retention.

Data Deletion

Because Palette Planner does not collect or store personal data on CIESIELSKI servers through normal use, there is no server-side Application account or personal-data record that needs to be deleted.

If the Application stores project details, task checklists, milestone status, idea notes, deadlines, favorites, preferences, or activity history locally on your device, you can remove that local data using your device's application-storage controls or by uninstalling Palette Planner.

If you voluntarily provided personal information to CIESIELSKI outside the Application, you may request deletion by contacting support@ciesielski.store. Valid requests will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

Children

The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or a higher minimum age where required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit personal data from children or market to them. Since personal information is not collected through normal use of the Application, CIESIELSKI does not create a child profile through that use.

Security

Because the Application does not collect or retain personal data through normal use, exposure risk relating to stored Application personal data is minimized. No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and the Service Provider applies reasonable safeguards to systems and information it controls.

Data Breach Notification

Since Palette Planner does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of a breach affecting stored Application personal data is minimal. If an incident involves information voluntarily provided to CIESIELSKI outside normal app use, the Service Provider will address notification obligations as required by applicable law.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by publishing an updated policy and effective date. Where applicable law requires additional notice or consent, CIESIELSKI will provide it as required.

Your Consent

Normal use of Palette Planner does not require you to provide personal information to CIESIELSKI. If you voluntarily provide information through another channel and processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent in accordance with applicable law.
